Jonathan C. Mulenga is a renowned Energy Economist, Author,
Youth & Climate Change and Relationship Science advocate. He is currently
pursuing a Doctorate in Energy Management at Kazian University of India and
is also a student of Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
He has acquired an Executive Masters Degree in Advanced Finance & Supply Chain
from Quantic School of Business & Technology (USA), a Masters Degree in Project
Management from DPU University (India), a Professional Masters Degree in
Entrepreneurship from DRN School of Entrepreneurship (UK), and a Bachelor's
Degree in Economics & Finance from Belgorod State Technological University (Russia).
He is the founder of The Pan-African Resilience Centre (PARC), a
continental framework embedding relationship intelligence as a life skill through
accessible publications and research.
Jonathan blends academic insight with a deep passion for human experience and
continues to demonstrate his commitment to transforming relationships into economic,
social, and cultural strengths across Africa. His leadership experience includes
serving as President of the Association of Zambian Graduates from the Russian
Federation, where he fostered connections and support among alumni.

The Pan-African Resilience Centre (PARC) is envisioned as
a continental mother body and social enterprise platform committed
to transforming relationships into an economic, social, and cultural strength across Africa.
Headquartered in Zambia,
PARC serves as the central coordinating institution,
with an ongoing process of establishing The National Relationship Stability Initiatives (NRSIs)
in individual countries.
These national chapters aim to design and deliver culturally relevant programs while aligning
with PARC’s continental framework.

PARC normalizes relationship intelligence as a life skill, positioning it alongside literacy, health,
and financial capability as a cornerstone of Africa’s development.
Youth Wit Initiative Network (Youth-WIN) is a Zambian Youth lead community-based
development organization whose objective is to build capacity for innovative thoughts
in an African culture.
Youth-WIN aims to do this through comprehensive and
sustainable projects and programs that will ultimately improve
the economic standing of youth affected by poverty,
abuse, violence, disease and othermisfortune.
Youth-WIN runs a program dubbed CHANGE FOR MILK (C4MILK) campaing in
partnership with the Diary Association of Zambia (DAZ) to increase Zambia’s annual per
capita milk consumption from 24 litres to the recommended 200 litres.
Through this partnership Youth-WIN and DAZ performs advocacy and lobbying function,
by encouraging increased milk production by its members and promoting
increased consumption of milk by the general public.

Through compelling storytelling, immersive ecotourism experiences, and state-of-the-art media production, Wits inspire eco-conscious decisions for a better future.
